Key Responsibilities:

As a Customer Sales Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and new customers through regular communication, product demonstrations, and needs assessments
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing and executing sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Providing exceptional customer service, addressing concerns, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and customer success to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies and stay ahead of the competition
  • Meeting or exceeding sales targets, sales metrics, and performance goals

Essential Qualifications:

* 2+ years of sales experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the industry

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and performance goals
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

  • Experience with CRM software, sales automation tools, and other sales-related technologies
  • Familiarity with the industry and its trends, competitors, and market developments
  • Certification in sales, marketing, or a related field (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
  • Fluency in multiple languages (English, Spanish, French, etc.)
