Key Responsibilities
* Identify new business opportunities and develop strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business and upsell/cross-sell opportunities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand arenaflex's customer base
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales and marketing initiatives
- Conduct needs assessments and provide solutions to customers to meet their business objectives
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of arenaflex's products and services to effectively communicate their value to customers
- Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue growth goals
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and stay ahead of the competition
Essential Qualifications
* 2+ years of sales experience in a B2B or B2C environment, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong understanding of sales principles, including prospecting, needs assessment, and solution selling
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and develop creative solutions to complex problems
- Proficiency in CRM software, such as Salesforce or HubSpot
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
