Key Responsibilities

- Respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable way
- Utilize knowledge of Arenaflex products and services to provide accurate and relevant information to customers
- Escalate complex issues to senior team members or management as needed
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
- Stay up-to-date on product and service knowledge to provide accurate and informed responses to customers
- Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and knowledge
Essential Qualifications
* 2+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in a remote or call center environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
- Proficiency in using customer service software and technology, such as CRM systems and helpdesk tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications) preferred
