Job Summary
As a Dental Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, addressing their concerns, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities
* Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner

- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and issues in our CRM system
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance knowledge and skills
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets for customer satisfaction, first-call resolution, and issue resolution
Essential Qualifications
* 2+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in the healthcare or dental industry
