Job Summary

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of Arenaflex, providing world-class support to our customers via phone, email, and chat. You'll be responsible for resolving customer inquiries, addressing concerns, and providing solutions that exceed expectations. Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing timely, accurate, and empathetic support

  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional, courteous manner
  • Utilize problem-solving skills to identify and address root causes of customer issues
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date on Arenaflex products, services, and policies to provide informed, accurate support
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets, as measured by key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Contribute to a positive, inclusive team culture that values diversity, equity, and inclusion

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment

  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service, as measured by customer satisfaction ratings and feedback
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and customer relationship management (CRM) software

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

  • Familiarity with Arenaflex products, services, or industry
  • Certification in customer service, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Customer Experience Professional (CCEP)
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills (English and another language)
  • Experience with customer service software, such as Zendesk or Freshdesk

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software

  • Ability to work in a remote or virtual environment with minimal supervision
