The Role

As a Remote Customer Sales Representative at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities through prospecting, lead generation, and relationship-building
  • Developing and executing customized sales strategies to meet the unique needs of each customer
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business and referrals
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of sales solutions and services
  • Analyzing sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Staying up-to-date on industry developments and emerging trends to stay ahead of the competition

Key Responsibilities:

* Generate new sales leads and opportunities through prospecting, lead generation, and relationship-building

  • Develop and execute customized sales strategies to meet the unique needs of each customer
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business and referrals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of sales solutions and services
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Stay up-to-date on industry developments and emerging trends to stay ahead of the competition

Essential Qualifications:

* 2+ years of sales experience in a B2B or B2C environment

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability and ownership
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and identify opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools and technologies

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience in a remote sales environment, with a strong track record of success in a virtual setting

  • Knowledge of arenaflex's products and services, or a strong desire to learn and become an expert
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and coach junior team members
  • Experience with sales automation tools and technologies, such as salesforce.com or HubSpot
