About the Role
We're seeking an experienced Export Customer Service Analyst to join our team at arenaflex. As a key member of our global trade and logistics team, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the smooth export of our products to customers around the world. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage orders utilizing SAP, COMS (Corporate Order Management System), and Salesforce databases to ensure timely and accurate export of products.
- Collaborate with manufacturing locations, DCs, division supply chain, and freight forwarders to resolve any issues that may arise during the export process.
- Stay up-to-date on export rules and regulations to ensure compliance with US Export Regulatory policies and procedures for international shipments.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to customer inquiries regarding product availability, order status, expedites, and other related issues.
- Follow up on escalations, delays, and transportation issues to ensure timely resolution and minimize any impact on customer satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and/or processes, and implement changes as needed to drive continuous improvement.
Your Skills and Expertise
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess a unique blend of skills and expertise. At a minimum, you'll need:
- A Bachelor's Degree or higher, and at least 6 years of customer service experience, or a High School Diploma/GED and at least 4 years of customer service experience.
- 4 years of speaking and writing bilingually in English and Spanish.
In addition to these requirements, we're looking for candidates with:
- Experience in export transactions, including knowledge of export regulations and procedures.
- Excellent organization skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple assignments simultaneously.
- High proficiency using PC-based applications, including Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience working on cross-functional and international teams.
- Salesforce, SAP, and COMS experience, as well as the ability to initiate, lead, and implement process improvements.
