Job Description
As a Customer Operations Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences by handling inbound/outbound calls and correspondence professionally, processing and amending customer orders with accuracy and attention to detail, utilizing relevant systems to address and resolve customer requests, recording customer information with precision, maintaining quality standards, supporting customers with online access needs directly or through appropriate channels, handling aspects of Order to Cash, including Cash Applications and Credit Control, and developing strong connections with business teams and customers.
Key Responsibilities:

Customer Communication:
Handle inbound/outbound calls and correspondence professionally, ensuring that all customer interactions are handled with a high level of service and professionalism.
Order Management:
Process and amend customer orders with accuracy and attention to detail, ensuring that all orders are fulfilled efficiently and effectively.
Problem Resolution:
Utilize relevant systems to address and resolve customer requests, ensuring that all issues are resolved in a timely and professional manner.
Data Management:
Record customer information with precision, maintaining quality standards and ensuring that all customer data is accurate and up-to-date.
Access Management:
Support customers with online access needs directly or through appropriate channels, ensuring that all customers have access to the resources and information they need.
Financial Processing:
Handle aspects of Order to Cash, including Cash Applications and Credit Control, ensuring that all financial transactions are processed accurately and efficiently.
Relationship Building:
Develop strong connections with business teams and customers, ensuring that all stakeholders are engaged and informed.
