Your Impact
As a Customer Onboarding Specialist, you'll be responsible for ensuring our customers achieve a seamless onboarding experience, complete with tailored implementation support and ongoing guidance. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Working closely with customers to assess their goals, existing business practices, and desired outcomes to ensure onboarding alignment and proper account setup
- Tracking tasks against a schedule, executing onboarding efforts, and coordinating with internal staff to ensure milestones are met on a timely basis
- Measuring and tracking customer onboarding outcomes to inform process improvements and drive business growth
- Partnering with Engineering, Marketing, Product, and Sales teams to deliver a best-in-class customer experience
- Becoming a trusted resource for software and productivity trends in the fleet management domain
Your Experience
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- At least 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role in a SaaS environment, with a focus on customer success or support, training, or implementation
- Experience working with our tools, including Project Management (Gainsight), CRM systems (Salesforce), online project management tools (Asana), and internal communication tools (Slack)
- Strong Excel skills and the ability to manipulate and import large amounts of data
- Impeccable written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact with every level of customer to build trust and rapport
- A meticulous and precise approach to executing tasks, with a focus on details and time management
- Strong team player skills, with the ability to work autonomously and adapt to changing priorities
- Empathy and a passion for helping customers achieve their goals and become natural arenaflex advocates
- A willingness to experiment, try new ideas, and continuously improve processes and systems
