As a Customer Solutions Expert Lead & Verifications Specialist, you'll play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence and ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service. As a subject matter expert in assigned units, you'll be the go-to person for staff, providing guidance, issue resolution, and escalation when needed. You'll also assist in coaching, on-the-job training, and mentoring new associates to drive results and improve performance.

Responsibilities

As a Customer Solutions Expert Lead & Verifications Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

Primary Responsibilities

* Act as the first point of contact for escalated calls and requests, providing timely and effective solutions

  • Assign work to associates, ensuring efficient workflow and productivity
  • Maintain daily board updates, metrics, and messages to ensure seamless communication
  • Monitor and/or complete production, as applicable, to meet operational targets
  • Manage payer, provider, and patient complaint resolution, ensuring timely and satisfactory outcomes
  • Collaborate with supervisors and staff employees to drive efficient call volume activity and management
  • Work with supervisors to create efficient work plans and daily assignments, ensuring optimal resource allocation
  • Support cross-functional process improvement efforts, identifying areas of opportunity and recommending solutions
  • Stay up-to-date with technological and industry developments, applying knowledge to drive innovation and improvement
  • Perform other duties as required or assigned, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability

Secondary Responsibilities

* Promote staff reliability, encouraging a culture of accountability and responsibility

  • Foster frequent communication among all staff members, ensuring a collaborative and supportive work environment
  • Respond to calls and emails in a timely manner, demonstrating exceptional customer service skills
  • Be proficient in entering information into the CART system, ensuring accurate and efficient data management
  • Develop and administer operational policy, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and arenaflex standards
  • Act as a resource for Customer Service Representatives, providing guidance and support on process issues
  • Monitor sensitive State Reports, ensuring accurate and timely reporting

Qualifications

To succeed as a Customer Solutions Expert Lead & Verifications Specialist, you'll need:

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent, plus one year of experience in a CareCentrix Operations role
  • Expert knowledge of department systems and processes, arenaflex business protocols, and regulatory knowledge
  • Ability to lead by example, demonstrating exceptional leadership and communication skills
  • Excellent communication (verbal/written), organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and demonstrate independent thought and critical thinking
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Detail-oriented, responsive, and able to problem-solve difficult situations with internal and external customers and process/systems issues
