Responsibilities

As a Junior Customer Service Associate, you'll be responsible for:

  • Maintaining and enhancing customer relationships through exceptional service and support
  • Ensuring customer deliverables and queries are turned around efficiently using arenaflex's proprietary platforms
  • Providing quality customer support through the use of CSO/MSD for task triaging and resolving customer requests
  • Executing, monitoring, and continuously improving the delivery management and service-related tasks assigned to the workstream
  • Reporting, database management, and data quality checks
  • Expertise in arenaflex processes and methodologies, with an active role in improving deliverables' quality and efficiency
  • Delivering database and reports as per customer contractual terms, against stipulated success criteria and tracking mechanisms
  • Aligning with customers on ways of working and defining servicing elements of Joint Business Plans
  • Triaging of customer queries/request (data, reports, resolution) across markets and customer category groups
  • Tracking actions for improvement as needed
  • Working closely with arenaflex teams for customer set up/maintenance on coding and database tasks
  • Executing process automation using tools like R/Python/Excel Macros and exploring the possibility of implementing AI/ML
  • Working in partnership with stipulated market's Customer Service teams in accordance with defined Job Aids and Process Design
  • Adhering to Performance KPIs to improve quality performances (on-time delivery and data accuracy) and maintaining work discipline
  • Operating in a hybrid physical-virtual and multi-cultural environment, liaising with stakeholders and colleagues

A Little Bit About You

We're looking for a talented and customer-focused individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional results. As a successful Junior Customer Service Associate, you'll manage 5 to 10 customers and/or one arenaflex market, ensuring timely delivery of reports, databases, and effective change management to standardize and automate deliverables. You'll be responsible for identifying, investigating, and coordinating data resolution, process or product-related changes/queries, and serving as the first point of contact (through CSO/MSD).

Essential Qualifications

* 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field

  • Strong understanding of customer service principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Experience with process automation tools like R/Python/Excel Macros
  • Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and implementation

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a hybrid physical-virtual and multi-cultural environment

  • Familiarity with arenaflex processes and methodologies
  • Strong knowledge of database management and data quality checks
