The Policy Services Team at arenaflex
Our Policy Services team is the voice of arenaflex, and we take our commitment to serving customers seriously. As a member of this expanding team, you'll experience a fast-paced environment that demands active involvement and offers accelerated learning opportunities. You'll work closely with other teams, including underwriting, sales, and marketing, to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative II, you'll be responsible for:
- Answering policy and billing inquiries from producers and policyholders via phone calls, emails, and live chats
- Assisting producers with quoting new business and processing policy endorsements and updates
- Collaborating with other departments to respond to customer inquiries
- Handling and solving producer/policyholder complaints with little or no supervision
- Participating in special projects, peer-to-peer training, and providing inter-departmental support
- Performing routine/semi-routine, manual tasks in the process of developing basic skills
What We're Looking For
We're looking for a highly motivated individual with:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- A minimum of 1 year's personal lines experience in an office or call center environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to keep emotions under control when dealing with irate or hostile customers
- The ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment
- A strong desire to learn and grow with our team
- A self-starter mentality with a close attention to detail
