Experienced Customer Success Manager – Mexico

We're now seeking an exceptional Customer Success Manager to join our team in Mexico.
About the Role
As a Customer Success Manager at arenaflex, you'll be the primary point of contact for our selected clients, ensuring a high-quality experience that drives growth for their organizations. You'll be responsible for managing the execution and integration of custom content strategies, consulting with clients to understand their business needs, and providing actionable feedback to our creative production teams. This is a cross-functional role that requires collaboration with multiple teams and colleagues, so you'll need to be a team player with a positive, results-focused disposition.
Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Success Manager at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:
- Serving as clients' primary point of contact, ensuring a high-quality experience that drives growth for their organizations
- Coordinating the set up of prospect accounts for platform sales demos
- Creating and maintaining client-facing delivery schedules
- Scheduling and leading weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly client check-ins
- Working with the production teams to ensure that all tasks and deliverables are created on time and on brief
- Building exceptional product knowledge and a deep understanding of our production processes
- Collaborating with arenaflex's sales and client experience directors to sell the next strategy to our existing clients, as well as drive upsells of additional platform users
- Ensuring that content or strategy issues are escalated and resolved quickly and effectively
- Creating and setting up Lookerstudio (previously Datastudio) reports for clients
- Providing clients with consultative advice on best practices and best practices with platform project structures, and the processes being reflected in platform projects

Skills & Requirements
To be considered for this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and requirements:
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Excellent English composition skills
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant work experience preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of the evolving digital marketing landscape
- Technical knowledge of multiple email marketing platforms
Time Breakout
As a Customer Success Manager at arenaflex, you can expect to spend approximately:
- 30% of your time on client-facing communication
- 30% of your time on internal project management
- 30% of your time on platform support and demo
- 10% of your time on miscellaneous tasks
