We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team, providing exceptional support to our customers in both German and English. As a key member of our customer service department, you'll play a vital role in ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service, resolving complex challenges and managing disputes in a timely and professional manner.
What does the role involve?
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to engage and delight our diverse customer base by:
- Providing exceptional customer support via various channels, including chat, email, phone, and social media
- Resolving complex customer queries and disputes in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborating with our sales and expert teams to improve the overall customer experience
- Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Working closely with our customer service team to share knowledge and best practices
This is who you are
We're looking for a motivated and customer-focused individual who is passionate about providing exceptional support to our customers. You'll be a strong communicator with excellent written and verbal skills in both German and English. You'll also possess:
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Previous experience in a customer service environment or a customer-related role (hospitality, tourism, retail, call-center, etc.)
- Ability to quickly switch between various customer channels like phone and email communications
- Ability to positively interact with your team and other departments
- Availability to work 40 hours per week
- Willingness to commute to our Lisbon office and work in the office at least 2 days per week
- Flexibility with working at least 2 weekends a month and on some public holidays

We offer a competitive Annual Gross Base Salary of €18,000-€23,000, depending on your level, competencies, and overall experience. You'll also enjoy:

Our Offices and Way of Working
Our vibrant offices in Amsterdam, Paris, and Lisbon are designed to inspire and connect. Most arenaflexians are within commuting distance of one of our offices and enjoy the flexibility of a hybrid work model. This means that you will be in the office 2 out of 5 days (40% of your working time) to collaborate and connect with your colleagues. That said, some roles may be an exception: if the job description states that the position is fully remote or 100% office-based, that arrangement will apply instead.
