We're now seeking an experienced Full Stack Product Owner to join our team in México, responsible for defining the product roadmap for customer retention, managing stakeholder relationships, and driving feature prioritization and execution.

Job Summary

As a Full Stack Product Owner, you'll play a critical role in shaping our customer retention strategy and experience. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to identify customer needs, develop product roadmaps, and prioritize features that drive business value. Your expertise in stakeholder management, strategic planning, and agile methodologies will be essential in ensuring successful project execution and delivery.

Key Responsibilities

* Define and prioritize product roadmaps for customer retention, aligned with business objectives and customer needs

  • Manage stakeholder relationships, including business owners, product managers, and development teams
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify customer needs, develop product requirements, and prioritize features
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive product documentation, including product roadmaps, feature descriptions, and acceptance criteria
  • Facilitate and participate in Agile ceremonies, including Program Increment (PI) Planning and retrospectives
  • Analyze and enhance customer touchpoints throughout the policy lifecycle, from onboarding to renewal
  • Develop and maintain metrics and reporting to measure customer retention and satisfaction

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, marketing, or computer science

  • Minimum 3-6 years of experience in product management, customer experience, or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage stakeholder relationships
  • Experience with Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint
  • Familiarity with Agile tools, such as Jira and Confluence
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop insights

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in a relevant field

  • Experience in the insurance industry or a related field
  • Certification in Agile methodologies, such as CSM or CSPO
  • Familiarity with data analytics tools, such as Power BI
  • Experience with customer experience design and user research
