Job Responsibilities
As a Full Stack Data Engineer at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Designing and implementing scalable and efficient data pipelines, architectures, and systems
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop data solutions
- Developing and maintaining high-quality, well-documented code in languages such as Python, Java, and Scala
- Working with data engineers, data scientists, and analysts to design and implement data models, data warehouses, and data lakes
- Troubleshooting and resolving complex data-related issues and implementing data quality controls
- Staying up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in data engineering and architecture
- Participating in code reviews, design reviews, and other technical discussions to ensure high-quality code and best practices
- Collaborating with other teams to ensure seamless integration with other systems and applications
Key Skills and Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in data engineering, software development, or related field
- Strong understanding of data engineering concepts, including data pipelines, data warehouses, and data lakes
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, and Scala
- Experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, and NoSQL databases
- Strong understanding of cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud
- Experience with data modeling, data architecture, and data governance
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex data-related issues
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Strong understanding of agile development methodologies and principles
Preferred Qualifications
* Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in data engineering, software development, or related field
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js
- Experience with machine learning and artificial intelligence
- Strong understanding of DevOps practices and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines
- Experience with containerization using Docker and Kubernetes
- Strong understanding of security best practices and compliance regulations
