The Role
As a Customer Support Expert, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional support to our customers through various channels, including phone, email, and text conversations. You'll work closely with our Customer Support Manager and a dynamic team to achieve company goals, such as customer acquisition and retention. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Delivering personalized, best-in-class support to meet our high standards for customer satisfaction
* Working with customers to understand their goals and address their challenges through effective ticket responses
* Mastering your understanding of the arenaflex product by answering support tickets primarily via phone and text
* Collaborating with the team to identify areas of opportunity to improve resources, such as macros, help center, and more
* Engaging with the team to achieve team company goals and contribute to a positive, supportive work environment
What We're Looking For
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* 1+ year of work experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in SaaS
* A proven record of driving customer satisfaction and meeting or exceeding performance standards
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt to various communication styles
* A strong team player, self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth start-up environment

Compensation
The salary for this role is $55,000 + benefits. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
