Experienced Customer Success Manager – Strategic Account Services for Amazon Seller Partners
As a Customer Success Manager at arenaflex, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering a strategy for managing arenaflex Seller Partners. You will be part of the Strategic Account Services (SAS) Team of Retail Business Services, where you will have the exciting opportunity to help small and medium-sized businesses on arenaflex grow their business and drive their revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of 10-15 Sellers to drive sustainable revenue growth, based on a solid understanding of marketplace programs, tools, and processes. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Analyzing customer data on the efficiency of listings, selection, supply chain, advertising, and deals and providing strategic recommendations to maximize the sellers' potential.
- Implementing and tracking metrics for recording the success and quality of the sellers in your Seller portfolio. Using key metrics to guide your work and uncover hidden areas of opportunity.
- Building and executing on a joint business plan that delivers on key business opportunities and relevant KPIs for the sellers and arenaflex.
- Conducting deep dive analysis on seller issues and publishing recommendations and action plans based on data to improve seller experience.
- Developing a thorough understanding of the arenaflex Marketplace ecosystem. Managing additional projects around our newly launched Paid Service, which includes process improvements, tool and content development, competitive analysis, and sales analysis.
- Conducting regular WBRs, MBRs with the sellers, highlighting business metric performance and building action plans.
A Day in the Life
As a Customer Success Manager, you will work with smaller, younger, and more innovative businesses that sell on arenaflex. You will provide sellers with consulting on various aspects that contribute to faster growth on arenaflex, including support with their supply chain, merchandising, selection & conversion, and analytics. You will have the opportunity to work with 10-15 small and medium enterprises within the arenaflex Marketplace and work closely with them to support them in their strategic growth.
Basic Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- 2+ years of sales or account management experience
- 2+ years of digital advertising and client-facing roles experience
- Experience with Excel
- Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, experience in the following areas will be highly valued:
- Analyzing key open issues and resolution metrics for each of the managed accounts
- Experience in relationship management within technology, start-ups, or SaaS Platforms
