Responsibilities

* Respond to inbound calls in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that customers receive prompt and effective support.

Qualifications

* 1 year of experience in a Customer Service role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.

• Must currently reside in the following states: MN, WI, IA, or MI.
• Reliable high-speed internet required with the ability to be hard-wired.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
