Your Responsibilities
As an Email and Chat Support Specialist, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through email and live chat support. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Responding to incoming customer emails and live chat messages using our browser dashboard
- Assisting users with billing questions, login access, product setup, and discount applications
- Following response templates and knowledge base articles to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Escalating complex issues to senior team members for prompt resolution
- Logging ticket summaries and applying relevant tags per workflow
- Maintaining a helpful, supportive tone in every message

Minimum Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:

Pay & Scheduling Info
* Start at $25/hour
- Eligible for raises to $30-$35/hour after 30 shifts and successful QA reviews
- Use our self-scheduling dashboard to select weekly shift blocks, including mornings, mid-day, evenings, and weekends
- Minimum commitment: 15 hours/week
Training Program
* 2 hours of video onboarding to get you started
- Practice with simulated tickets and chat sessions to build your skills
- First live shift reviewed by QA to ensure you're ready to go
- Most hires begin working within 3-5 days
