Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Virtual Chat Agent to join our team, providing exceptional customer service and support to customers via live chat on eCommerce platforms. As a Virtual Chat Agent, you'll have the opportunity to work in a flexible, hybrid Remote arrangement, enjoying a competitive hourly rate plus potential commissions based on sales. This is an ideal role for individuals looking to enter the field of online customer service without prior experience, with comprehensive training provided to equip you with the necessary skills and knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

As a Virtual Chat Agent, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Engaging with customers via live chat on eCommerce websites, helping them with their inquiries, guiding them through the website, and assisting them in finding the products they are looking for.
  • Utilizing your communication skills to enhance the customer experience, potentially increasing sales without the pressure of traditional sales tactics.
  • Providing timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Requirements
