The Role

You'll be given access to our platform and scripted responses for the most commonly asked questions, ensuring you can provide consistent and informed support.
Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications
* Proficiency in English, with excellent communication and writing skills
- Ability to work independently and adhere closely to provided guidelines and instructions
- Reliable internet connection and a device capable of accessing social media and website chat functions (Phone, Tablet, Laptop)
- Availability to work a minimum of 5 hours per week, with flexibility to work up to 40 hours according to your availability
