The Role

As a Live Chat Assistant, you'll be the first point of contact for creators and their fans on our platform. Your primary responsibility will be to manage customer inquiries, provide information on subscriptions, share sales links, and offer discounts. You'll be given access to our platform and scripted responses for the most commonly asked questions, ensuring you can provide consistent and informed support.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage customer inquiries directly on the arenaflex platform

  • Reply to customer messages, providing information on subscriptions, sharing sales links, and offering discounts
  • Utilize scripted responses for the most commonly asked questions, ensuring consistent and informed support
  • Collaborate with our support team to resolve complex issues and provide exceptional customer service
  • Stay up-to-date with platform updates, new features, and best practices to ensure seamless support

Essential Qualifications

* Proficiency in English, with excellent communication and writing skills

  • Ability to work independently and adhere closely to provided guidelines and instructions
  • Reliable internet connection and a device capable of accessing social media and website chat functions (Phone, Tablet, Laptop)
  • Availability to work a minimum of 5 hours per week, with flexibility to work up to 40 hours according to your availability
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
