Job Summary

As a Customer Training Professional, you'll be responsible for delivering expert software training to arenaflex customers and associates, both in-person and online. You'll learn the latest training technologies, including Webex Training Center, to conduct engaging and interactive training sessions. Your primary goal will be to ensure that our customers have a thorough understanding of our software features and can maximize their benefits.

Key Responsibilities

* Deliver comprehensive software training to arenaflex customers and associates in a classroom setting and live over the internet

• Learn Webex Training Center to conduct 'Net Classes' online, complete with live audio and video, application sharing, and hands-on lab computers for customers
• Create, write, and revise course materials to support customer training needs
• Correspond with product experts to support existing customers and pursue a commitment to excellence by constantly improving the department's knowledge, skills, and processes
• Evaluate student understanding and provide feedback to improve training effectiveness
• Participate in company-led trainings, self-paced software testing, and peer-reviewed run-throughs to become a training expert
• Travel to customer sites or training centers as required to deliver training and support

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree preferred

• Ability to teach via the web or in person up to 6 hours/day
• Strong public presence and love of learning
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
