We're seeking an experienced Temporary Customer Service Professional I - Medicare to join our team at arenaflex. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our members, answering their questions, and resolving their issues. About the Role

As a Temporary Customer Service Professional I - Medicare, you'll act as the bridge between arenaflex and our members, providing guidance and resources on benefits, claims, and eligibility. You'll answer incoming calls on recorded lines, advocate for our members, track down answers to tricky questions, and ask for support when you're stuck. Key Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls on recorded lines, providing guidance and resources on benefits, claims, and eligibility.
  • Advocate for our members, track down answers to tricky questions, and ask for support when you're stuck.
  • Roll up your sleeves and do the necessary research to find answers when you don't have them.
  • Bring a positive and professional approach to providing every caller with accurate, compliant information.
  • Tailor your communications to meet each caller's unique needs.
  • Stay one step ahead by spotting and addressing potentially difficult issues before they arise.
  • Prioritize caller satisfaction while representing arenaflex's mission and values.
  • Seek opportunities to collaborate and improve your skills through feedback and learning.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • 6 months of customer service call center experience; or 6 months of customer service experience in insurance, retail, banking, hospital, medical office, or similar industry with extensive customer contact; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Proficient PC skills and an ability to navigate multiple applications while on calls.
  • Ability to apply mathematical concepts and calculations.

  • Preferred: knowledge of medical terminology and coding.

Work Environment

As a remote employee, you'll need:
  • A private, distraction-free workspace.
  • A high-speed internet connection.
  • A wired internet connection that is not satellite or cellular and internet service with a minimum upload speed of 5Mb and a minimum download speed of 10 Mb.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer competitive pay, ranging from $19.75 to $23.00 per hour, depending on your experience and location. This is a temporary, non-benefited position, and as such, it does not guarantee future regular employment with arenaflex.
