Experienced Part-Time Data Entry Clerk – Evening Shift (3-7pm CT) at arenaflex

We're excited to announce an opportunity for a Part-Time Data Entry Clerk to join our team, working a flexible evening shift from 3-7pm CT.

Job Summary:

As a Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our data management processes. You'll be responsible for entering and locating work-related information using computers and point of sale systems, transmitting information or documents using a computer, and verifying information in documents or on computer screens for accuracy and completeness. You'll also be expected to operate standard office equipment, maintain confidentiality of proprietary information, and protect company assets.

Key Responsibilities:

* Enter and locate work-related information using computers and/or point of sale systems

• Transmit information or documents using a computer
• Read and visually verify information in a variety of formats (e.g., small print)
• Enter and retrieve information contained in computer databases using a keyboard, mouse, or trackball to update records, files, reservations, and answer inquiries from guests
• Verify information in documents or on computer screens, including text, printed forms, and lists for accuracy and completeness
• Operate standard office equipment other than computers, such as telephone, typewriter, fax, photocopier, calculator, and electronic peripherals
• Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information and protect company assets
• Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others, support team to reach common goals, and listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees
• Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards; and identify, recommend, develop, and implement new ways to increase organizational efficiency, productivity, quality, safety, and/or cost-savings
• Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures; report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager; and complete safety training and certifications

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred

• 1-2 years of experience in data entry or a related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in a fast-paced environment

• Knowledge of hospitality industry software and systems
• Experience with data analysis and reporting
• Certification in data entry or a related field

Compensation and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $18.50 to $24.00 per hour. Washington applicants only will accrue 0.03334 PTO balance for every hour worked and be eligible to receive a minimum of 7 holidays annually. All locations offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) plan, stock purchase plan, discounts at arenaflex properties, commuter benefits, employee assistance plan, and childcare discounts.
