Our Team
Our Customer Care team is a tight-knit and caring group of individuals who are available 24/7 to support our users. We're a diverse team with a range of skills and expertise, and we're always looking for new talent to join us. Our team is composed of:
- 1 Head of Care
- 3 Customer Care Experts, based in France (that's you!)
- 21 agents based in Algeria
- 2 Managers based in Algeria

Your Role
As a Customer Care Expert, you'll play a key role in optimizing our Customer Care service and ensuring that our users receive the best possible experience. Your responsibilities will include:
- 75% of your time: Project management and expertise development
+ After an immersion in our customer support process, you'll propose new ideas to improve the user experience and drive continuous growth. + You'll develop solutions to optimize and challenge our processes, and improve the quality of our responses. + You'll gather user feedback and propose improvements to our product teams. + You'll develop expertise on various Care topics, based on your interests and business needs.
- 25% of your time: Responding to user requests
+ You'll respond to user requests via message or phone, to ensure a seamless experience. + You'll prioritize user requests and ensure that their needs are met.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for a talented and motivated individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. If you have:
- A first experience in project management and/or customer service, ideally in a startup environment
- Perfect French language skills, both written and spoken
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Adaptability and a willingness to learn
- A curious and reactive mindset
- Enthusiasm for optimizing customer service
- A passion for music (Damso and High School Musical are a plus!)
