As a Customer Care Specialist BtoC, you'll be part of the "Employees" team, which currently consists of 9 talented individuals who cater to the needs of our clients who benefit from arenaflex's products, including Swile, a smart-card that offers a range of benefits such as restaurant vouchers, gift cards, and sustainable mobility options.
Your Future Missions:
As a Customer Care Specialist BtoC, your responsibilities will include:
- Providing solutions to complex client requests through various communication channels, including phone, messaging, email, and across all arenaflex products
- Ensuring a seamless user experience by acting as a liaison between clients and internal teams
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of our processes and products by sharing your ideas and insights
- Collaborating with the team to identify areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance the client experience
What to Expect in the First Three Months:
During your onboarding process, you can expect:
- A comprehensive theoretical training on all arenaflex products, delivered in a progressive manner
- Practical training on Level 1 tickets (Braga)
- Acculturation to your role, team, tools, and products
- Quality support and guidance
What to Expect in the Next Three Months:
As you progress in your role, you can expect:
- Continuous skill development, supported by precise KPIs
- Handling only Level 2 tickets
- Autonomy in resolving various types of issues
- Identifying the right internal stakeholders
- Seamless integration into the team
