What We're Looking For

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Bilingual Licensed Customer Service Agent to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service and support to our customers, primarily through phone, email, and chat. You'll interact with customers to answer questions, resolve issues, and provide guidance on policies and claims. Your expertise in the property insurance space will be invaluable in helping us deliver a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

* Interact with customers to answer questions, resolve issues, and provide guidance on policies and claims

  • Handle customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and chat
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve processes
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
  • Contribute to the development of training materials, policies, and procedures

Requirements

* Active Property & Casualty (P&C) or Personal Lines insurance license

  • Experience in a call center or high-incoming call volume environment
  • Bilingual (Spanish speaking) preferred
  • Home insurance experience highly preferred
  • Superior customer service skills
  • Empathy towards others
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with limited structure
  • Proficient in Google suite or similar tools and ideally comfortable navigating multiple tools and windows at the same time
  • A need for efficiency, always looking for ways to make processes better

Availability

We're looking for candidates who are available to work the following shifts:

  • 9:00 AM-6:00 PM CST
  • 10:00 AM-7:00 PM CST
