Meet Your Team
Our Customer Success team at arenaflex is passionate about delivering exceptional value to our distributors throughout the partnership lifecycle. We're responsible for digitizing food service distributors with our AI technology and digital ordering solutions, ensuring they can run a more profitable and less wasteful business. With arenaflex AI, voicemail, email, and SMS orders are automatically processed into a distributor's system within seconds, streamlining their operations and improving efficiency.
Roles & Responsibilities
As an Experienced Customer Success Manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Managing and owning the execution of premium distributor partnerships, driving revenue growth and ensuring successful onboarding
- Supporting account executives during the negotiation stage and taking ownership of the relationship once commercial agreements have been signed
- Preparing and leading trainings for new partners to ensure a seamless onboarding process
- Spending 1-2 days on-site with distributors in the UAE as they launch our arenaflex AI proposition, ensuring their team is fully equipped to integrate the product into their daily operations
- Identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities with existing distributors
- Liaising between distributors and cross-functional internal teams, such as integrations, to ensure timely delivery of our solutions according to their needs
- Sharing distributor learnings and feedback with the product and marketing team to drive activities towards acquisition and engagement
Who We're Looking For
We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Success Manager who can drive growth and efficiency for our distributors in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have:
- 2-4 years of experience in an externally-facing project management role
- A strong work ethic with a motivation to always improve and grow – for yourself and the team
- A can-do attitude, willing to roll up their sleeves and get stuff done
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical solutions to internal and external stakeholders
- High attention to detail, setting and maintaining high standards
- A team-first mentality, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
