Experienced Customer Service Representative – Insurance Policy Support and Customer Retention

We're now seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our growing team and help us deliver exceptional customer experiences.

About the Opportunity:

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in supporting our existing customers with their insurance policy needs. You'll be responsible for processing service requests, answering questions, and helping customers make changes to their current insurance policies from our 55+ insurance carrier partners. How you will make an impact:

* Respond to inbound calls from existing customers, providing timely and accurate solutions to their insurance policy-related queries.

  • Process service requests, such as adding/removing vehicles and drivers, adding lienholder information, sending policy documents, and more.
  • Help customers with questions they have regarding existing insurance policies, including coverages, policy benefits, and making changes to existing policies.
  • Work to retain Jerry policyholders by actively finding solutions for customers who are at risk of cancellation.
  • Collaborate with our leadership team to develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention.

Essential Qualifications:

* 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the insurance industry.

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong knowledge of insurance policies, coverages, and benefits.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

* 2+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in the insurance industry.

  • P&C license or willingness to obtain one.
  • Experience with CRM software and other customer service tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex customer issues.
  • Ability to work in a remote environment, with a strong focus on self-motivation and productivity.

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits:

* Hourly wage: $18.00 - 21.00

  • We'll pay for your P&C license (expected within 60 days after starting)

Schedule:

* Sunday - Thursday: 10:30am - 9pm ET
