Job Purpose
The Customer Retention Shop Executive will be responsible for ensuring that shop operations run smoothly during official hours. This includes upgrading, screening, and allocating retention customers while providing a good customer experience to internal and external customers. The ideal candidate will be a skilled communicator, a problem-solver, and a team player who is passionate about sales and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Retention Shop Executive, you'll be expected to:
Customer Support
+ Update all customer interactions on Freshdesk + Process sales within the SLA + Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly + Support customers on all issues related to retention products + Perform proper KYC before completing and selling
Stock Management
+ Ensure stock availability by placing orders for phones with low stock levels + Ensure stock is well-arranged at the shop + Manage stock quantity in the channel
Training
+ Attend all training sessions + Complete monthly quizzes
Look and Feel
+ Assist in daily cleaning of surfaces, cabinets, and customer support desk + Follow the company's dress code
Requirements – Experience, Education, Competencies
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- At least 1 year of experience in telesales, sales support, preferably in a phone-selling company
- Computer literacy
- Proficiency in Excel
- Knowledge of CRM (an added advantage)
- College diploma or degree in any field
- Strong analytical and excellent communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to collaborate with other teams
- Excellent sales upselling skills
You Might Be a Good Fit If
You're a convincing and experienced persuader, passionate about sales, and have excellent sales and negotiation skills. You're also a good time manager, able to self-manage and take initiative without being micromanaged. If you have good knowledge and experience of arenaflex business products and processes, that's a plus!
