About the Role
As a Customer Solutions Associate at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Executing on product initiatives and customer requests, ensuring seamless delivery of our AI-powered solutions
- Becoming a subject matter expert on our platform, leveraging LogRocket to help customers unlock its full potential
- Guiding customers on best practices and answering wide-ranging questions to ensure they get the most value from our platform
- Collecting customer feedback and collaborating with our product team to improve our offerings
- Assisting with data labeling and AI model training efforts to enhance our platform's accuracy and effectiveness
- Building and optimizing internal processes to ensure efficient and effective customer support
- Working closely with our Product and Engineering teams to inform product roadmaps and drive innovation
What We're Looking For
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 3+ years of experience in an Operations, Data Analytics, or technical role, preferably at a tech startup
- Experience with data analysis, SQL, or building AI tools, with a passion for technology and innovation
- Software development experience is a plus, but not required
- A customer-focused mindset, with experience working directly with customers to understand their needs and deliver exceptional support
- Experience working on tight deadlines and prioritizing tasks to meet customer expectations
- An endless curiosity and enthusiasm for learning new skills and staying up-to-date with industry trends
- Effective and clear communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and think critically to resolve customer issues
