Your Responsibilities
- Onboarding new customers and channel partners, ensuring a seamless transition to our platform
- Providing exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Monitoring and tracking customer and channel partner performance, identifying areas for growth and improvement
- Establishing clear client retention goals and developing strategies to achieve them
- Collaborating with product and engineering teams to improve the product and customer experience
- Serving as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for customers, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals
You Have:
- A proven track record (5+ years) of success as a Customer Success Manager or similar role, with a strong understanding of the healthcare industry
- Exceptional ability to communicate and foster positive business relationships with customers, channel partners, and internal stakeholders
- Experience in managing and working with a diverse group of stakeholders and customers, including medical professionals
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and internal teams
- Expert level time management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle and frequently re-prioritize a high volume of tasks
- A collaborative spirit, with a transparent approach to work, output, and decision making
- Passion for creative thinking and bold ideas for growing the business and enhancing customer experience
- A self-starter mentality, with the ability to understand the bigger picture and take a leading role to impact it
