Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Support Executive at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Ensuring customer care channels, including email inbox, live chat, and phone calls, are monitored, and responses are quick, friendly, professional, and helpful.
- Taking care of all Global Suppliers who are already listing their stock on arenaflex.
- Supporting suppliers by providing quick, honest advice and confident and clear responses.
- Supporting global operations team by getting quick answers from the suppliers by following up with them.
- Confidently answering any questions asked about arenaflex, and its offering, and who best to redirect an enquiry to.
- Continuously contributing ideas on how arenaflex's service, process, and systems can be improved.
- Welcoming new enquiries to arenaflex, informing them of our processes, policies, brand, background.
- Developing an in-depth knowledge of our products & the brand and conveying this with pride & enthusiasm to customers.
- Building a strong internal network in order to efficiently communicate and coordinate with other functions, such as Fulfillment, Sales, Operations, Tech, Finance, and Product.
- Keeping Suppliers well informed of changes to their orders, deliveries, returns.
- Completing tasks at a quick pace with effective management.
- Recording issues and working with other teams to improve customer experience.
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- To be based in Mumbai and fluent in English.
- Excellent and courteous written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in a customer service and facing role and a willingness to learn.
- Knowledge of diamonds is preferable but not required.
- To be responsible and reliable.
- Excellent people skills and compassion.
- A team player and able to collaborate with wider teams.
- Passionate about great customer service.
- Ability to manage time effectively.
- Comfortable to work in rotational shifts.
Preferred Qualifications
While not essential, the following qualifications would be advantageous:
- Experience in a B2B marketplace or similar industry.
- Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- Experience with live chat and email support software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
