The Role
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers via phone, email, and chat. You'll be the face of arenaflex, and your exceptional communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and positive attitude will make all the difference in delivering a human and consultative support experience. You'll work closely with our Customer Service Supervisor to ensure that our customers receive the best possible service, and you'll be an integral part of our team's efforts to exceed customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities
* Respond to customer queries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
- Put the customer first by providing personalized support and solutions to their needs
- Adhere to your schedule with punctuality and meet productivity targets based on forecasting and incoming volumes
- Identify opportunities for site and process improvements and notify management
- Regularly check in on your objectives and analyze your progress against them
- Collaborate with the team to solve issues and exceed customer expectations
The Person We Want

- Enthusiastic, dependable, and open to a fast-paced environment
- Initiative and decisiveness with the ability to think outside the box to creatively solve problems
- Advanced computer skills, including internet and email
- Solid understanding of Adobe Creative Suite or other online designing software (a bonus!)
