Responsibilities

As a Manager, Account Management (Customer Success) at arenaflex, you will be responsible for leading a team of professionals in ensuring that each customer experiences the full value of arenaflex's pharmaceutical supply chain solutions. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Customer Insights: Obtain advanced knowledge of hospital-owned retail and outpatient customer needs and expectations, and how they relate to arenaflex's internal operations and functions.
  • Team Development: Build a new team with a special focus on hospital-owned retail, establishing the strategy for executing in this space in partnership with health system (inpatient) focused account managers.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with appropriate parties to identify the drivers leading to business success, and lead training of the broader organization on findings to elevate the broader organization's understanding of this growing space.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop strategic plans for each customer's retail growth, in collaboration with account managers, ESDs, inside sales, and support teams.
  • Proactive Management: Focus on proactive management of customer needs and how to achieve desired outcomes, with the team contributing to overall tracking of health system support (working in collaboration with inpatient AM).
  • Policy Development: Create and consistently review policies and procedures that optimize the customer experience, analyze customer data to identify best practices, and evaluate and analyze customer needs to ensure team members are not only reacting to requests, but providing strategic direction.
  • Coaching and Development: Provide ongoing coaching, development, process review, and training for the team to successfully execute on the requirements of the account management function.
  • Territory Management: Manage territory assignments and ensure that the team is effectively covering the assigned territories.
  • Internal Partnerships: Partner with the broader internal arenaflex teams to ensure customer success and remove barriers for the team (i.e., sales, customer service, inventory, customer onboarding, contracts/pricing, collections, operations).

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:

  • Proven Leadership Experience: Prior proven people management experience in a corporate setting, with a track record of successfully developing and maintaining key relationships with a customer base.
  • Advanced Knowledge: Advanced knowledge of arenaflex's Pharmaceutical Distribution services and systems, including Retail Pharmacy and Specialty Pharma.
  • Collaboration: Strong collaboration across multiple teams, with the ability to build a team from the ground up and lead a new team.
  • Leadership and Management Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire a team while also rolling up sleeves and digging into details.
  • Communication and Presentation Skills: Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to distill large information sets into concise, actionable bites.

  • Salary Range: $87,500.00 - $121,700.00 USD
  • Bonus Eligibility: Yes
