Job Summary:

We're looking for a highly skilled and motivated Customer Order Management Representative II to work with our E-business, order fulfillment team in releasing customer orders for fulfillment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for releasing license blocks, delivery blocks, and sending emails to customers. This temporary contract position is ideal for individuals looking for a short-term opportunity to gain experience and build their professional network.

Key Responsibilities:

* Work closely with the E-business, order fulfillment team to release customer orders for fulfillment

  • Release license blocks, delivery blocks, and send emails to customers as part of the order management process
  • Utilize SAP to manage and process customer orders
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer inquiries and issues
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Meet and exceed performance metrics and targets

Essential Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, management, or a related field)

  • 2+ years of experience in customer service, order management, or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of SAP and its applications in order management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in the medical devices industry

  • Knowledge of order management processes and procedures
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
