As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for releasing license blocks, delivery blocks, and sending emails to customers. Key Responsibilities:
* Work closely with the E-business, order fulfillment team to release customer orders for fulfillment
- Release license blocks, delivery blocks, and send emails to customers as part of the order management process
- Utilize SAP to manage and process customer orders

- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction
