Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Live Chat Support Specialist to join our team of customer engagement experts. As a Live Chat Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer support to website visitors and social media users through real-time live chat conversations. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere in the United States with a reliable internet connection.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to live chat messages on a business's website or social media accounts in real-time

  • Answer customer questions, provide sales links, and offer discounts to drive sales conversions
  • Utilize online software to converse with customers and potential buyers
