Responsibilities:
As a Spanish Bilingual Healthcare Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Answering inbound calls and scheduling appointments with healthcare providers in a timely and efficient manner
- Performing accurate data entry of patient information, ensuring that all necessary details are captured and recorded
- Following scripting tools to ensure that all required information is obtained from patients and healthcare providers
- Providing exceptional customer service to patients and healthcare providers, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns in a professional and courteous manner
- Collaborating with other team members to ensure seamless communication and a high level of customer satisfaction
- Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge in customer service and healthcare support
Minimum Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- 2-4 years of high-volume customer service experience in a healthcare setting
- Spanish bilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with patients and healthcare providers in both English and Spanish
- Proficiency with scheduling functions and computer software, including data entry and other related tasks
- A high school diploma or GED
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations

Preferred Qualifications:
