Responsibilities:

As a Spanish Bilingual Healthcare Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Answering inbound calls and scheduling appointments with healthcare providers in a timely and efficient manner
  • Performing accurate data entry of patient information, ensuring that all necessary details are captured and recorded
  • Following scripting tools to ensure that all required information is obtained from patients and healthcare providers
  • Providing exceptional customer service to patients and healthcare providers, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Collaborating with other team members to ensure seamless communication and a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge in customer service and healthcare support

Minimum Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • 2-4 years of high-volume customer service experience in a healthcare setting
  • Spanish bilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with patients and healthcare providers in both English and Spanish
  • Proficiency with scheduling functions and computer software, including data entry and other related tasks
  • A high school diploma or GED
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations
  • A strong commitment to customer service and a passion for making a difference in the lives of others

Preferred Qualifications:

While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

  • Experience working in a remote environment or with a flexible schedule
  • Knowledge of healthcare software and systems, including electronic health records (EHRs) and other related technologies
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Experience working with diverse populations, including patients with varying cultural and linguistic backgrounds

Compensation and Benefits:
