Key Responsibilities

As a Sales Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Utilizing problem-solving skills to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales
  • Collaborating with team members to ensure seamless communication and service delivery
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of platform features and promotions to provide accurate information to customers

  • Working independently to manage multiple chat conversations and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Following provided steps and instructions to ensure consistent and high-quality support

What You'll Need

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A device able to access social media and website chat functions (phone, tablet, or laptop)
  • The ability to work independently and manage multiple chat conversations
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions
  • 10+ hours of availability per week
