Key Responsibilities
As a customer service representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Handling incoming calls and making outbound follow-ups as needed, updating phone status accordingly
- Navigating multiple systems, including phone software, documentation tools, and online resources
- Maintaining clear and accurate records of calls and actions
- Responding to inquiries via phone and email about COBRA, billing eligibility for insurance plans, and general questions about policies and payments
- Providing exceptional customer service, professionalism, and a courteous attitude at all times
Schedule and Pay Rate
This is a temporary position requiring a 3-month commitment, with strong potential for hire. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:30AM-5:00PM, and the pay rate is $16.29/hr, increasing to $18.22/hr upon hire.
Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:

- 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or healthcare setting
- Strong potential for hire upon completion of the 3-month temporary position
