Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our remote team in Wilmington, DE. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, addressing their needs, and ensuring their satisfaction. Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to our clients, addressing their needs, and ensuring their satisfaction
  • Recognizing client needs completely and communicating those needs directly to our vendors
  • Responding back to our clients to confirm that their needs are met
  • Interacting with our clients directly, whether in person or on the phone
  • Being responsible for all actions towards our clients and their needs
  • Maintaining a strong knowledge of everything we offer
  • Being prepared to react to our clients promptly and completely
  • Collaborating with our team to resolve customer issues and improve our services
  • Participating in regular training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • To be 18 years of age or older
  • To be authorized to work in the USA
  • To have a fully remote opportunity
  • To speak and understand English fluently
  • To have a computer and/or cell phone
  • To be comfortable working with minimal supervision
  • To have a positive attitude and a passion for delivering outstanding service

Preferred Qualifications
