Job Summary
As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in designing, developing, and implementing data management solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients. You'll work closely with our internal teams, including data analysts, software developers, and project managers, to ensure seamless integration and delivery of high-quality data management solutions. Your expertise in data analysis, reporting, and software development will enable you to drive business growth, improve operational efficiency, and enhance patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
* Collaborate with internal teams to design and develop reporting solutions, analytic research, and software applications that meet business needs
- Develop, validate, and execute complex queries, develop complex reports, and perform complex data analysis to answer business questions for internal clients; translate results and make recommendations to business areas based on findings
- Design and develop software applications for internal clients
- Evaluate data needs of assigned projects, ensure data integrity and suitability, and determine data collection methods, metrics definitions, and assessment methods
- Translate data into actionable insights through reporting solutions
- Troubleshoot technical issues and present evaluation and reports to internal clients and stakeholders
Essential Qualifications
* 2-4+ years of experience in most of the following: + Experience with Microsoft Access (manipulating forms, tables, queries, etc.), Excel, Visual Basic for Applications + Experience with reporting platform – SQL Server Integrated Services (SSIS) + Development Programming Languages / Knowledge / Experience – ASP.NET, C#, JavaScript + Development Database Languages / Knowledge / Experience – Transact SQL + Database Knowledge / Experience – MS SQL Server
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with reporting platform – WEBI (SAP BI Launchpad)
- Knowledge of arenaflex systems, databases, and underlying data structures (e.g., ACAS, HMO, HRP, etc.)
- Database Knowledge / Experience – Hadoop, Oracle
- Development Database Languages / Knowledge / Experience – Oracle PLSQL
- Crystal Reporting experience preferred
Required Education
* Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent related work experience
