As a Customer Service/Data Entry Representative, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and completeness of eligibility forms submitted by individuals requesting benefits. Key Responsibilities:

* Reconcile MHO case information with data from other agencies and sources to verify continued eligibility for benefits

  • Obtain and validate demographic and financial information, including immigrant status, to ensure accurate eligibility determinations
  • Respond to member inquiries, providing clear and concise information regarding eligibility requirements
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of eligibility forms submitted by individuals requesting benefits

Essential Qualifications:

* 3-5 years of related customer service experience, with a proven track record of providing exceptional service to diverse populations

  • Excellent phone etiquette and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with individuals from diverse backgrounds
  • Previous experience using Microsoft Excel and Outlook, with a strong understanding of data entry and record-keeping principles

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in a healthcare or social services setting, with a strong understanding of Medicaid policies and procedures

  • Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with individuals who speak limited English
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex data systems and resolve issues efficiently
