Job Summary
As a Customer Order/Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for processing customer orders, data entry, and supply chain management. You will work closely with our team to ensure accurate and timely processing of customer demands, CMMS PR/PO Status, customer inquiries, and database management. Your attention to detail and ability to follow technical written procedures will be essential in this role.
Key Responsibilities
* Process customer orders, data entry, and supply chain management in accordance with technical written procedures
- Familiarize yourself with and provide data entry for manual and automated supply systems, including:
+ Processes CMMS POs into BPM and SC360 systems + Retains all files in the BPM Repository as well as adding all data required to BPM + Creates customer orders and purchase requisitions in GDIT's SC360 system + Double checks all orders for errors daily + Processes proof of deliveries + Updates shipped order information in government system
- Perform other related duties as assigned, such as:
+ Providing customer feedback + Tracking customer inquiries + Part resolution + Review of PR/PO data
Requirements
* High school degree required
- Two to four years of related data entry experience preferred
- Ability to obtain a Secret clearance required
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow technical written procedures
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
