Key Responsibilities
As an Entry-Level Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to:
- Assist clients virtually with enrolling in their benefits packages, providing personalized service and support for policyholders

- Maintain accurate client records and follow up with customers to ensure their needs are met

Essential Qualifications
