Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Associate Customer Onboarding Manager to join our SMB | EMEA team. As the face and voice of arenaflex for our clients, you'll be responsible for onboarding clients and setting them up for durable relationships with arenaflex to enable long-term success. You'll serve as our client's trusted advisor, providing strategic guidance during the onboarding phase on operational and product-related issues. Simultaneously, you'll be an internal advocate for clients with arenaflex, championing new products and capabilities to facilitate the expansion of each client's business with arenaflex.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle accounts with lower/medium complexity onboarding requirements in either our SMB/MM segments
- Identify and flag risks that will lead to delayed onboarding
- Be the source of knowledge for the customer for the products they are looking to onboard, building a relationship with the customer to set them up for success with arenaflex
- Collect product and operational feedback from customers and share it with relevant internal stakeholders
- Provide a high-quality experience to our customers on a day-to-day basis
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely response and completion of customer requests
- Lead each onboarding as a project, coordinating with all stakeholders internal and external to ensure that all parties involved in the project are kept up to date
Qualifications
* Minimum of 1+ years of relevant work experience, including client-facing experience
- Previous experience in at least one of the following: fast-growth startup, consulting, investment banking, or private equity
- Relationship builder who remains calm and collected when facing crisis or criticism and celebrates partners' successes with them
- Demonstrate understanding of project management principles and ability to lead projects to completion successfully
- Reliable, motivated self-starter with a passionate growth mentality, enjoying fast-paced environments and taking on high degrees of responsibility
- Strong analytical foundation with the ability to manipulate and synthesize data
- Curious by nature and interested in making an impact
