The Role

As a Customer Success Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for driving client success, ensuring revenue growth, and fostering long-term relationships. This is a fully remote role based in the United States, working to CST. You'll be part of a dynamic team that's passionate about customer success, innovation, and making a difference in the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities

* Engage with customers before renewal to ensure customer retention and drive revenue growth

  • Deeply understand and communicate product features, product positioning, and the value proposition for customers
  • Perform live demos of new features and create sharable recordings to showcase the benefits of our platform
  • Communicate product updates, enhancements, and industry insights to clients, positioning arenaflex as a thought leader in the construction industry
  • Identify customers with growth opportunities and convert upgrades to drive revenue growth
  • Provide customer support where needed to overcome objections for renewals and upgrades, ensuring a seamless customer experience
  • Introduce customers to the referral program and build customer advocates to drive word-of-mouth marketing and revenue growth
  • Assist with inbound support channels, ensuring timely and effective support to our customers

Requirements

* 3+ years of renewal experience with a track record of 100% or higher net retention

  • Experience with nurturing a pipeline of upgrades with current clients without sacrificing relationships, demonstrating a deep understanding of customer needs and preferences
  • Salesforce experience, with a proven ability to leverage the platform to drive customer success and revenue growth

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders

  • Strong product knowledge, with the ability to communicate complex features and benefits to customers
  • Proven ability to drive revenue growth through customer success and upselling/cross-selling

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify customer needs and develop effective solutions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a focus on delivering results and driving customer success
