Job Description

As a Sales and Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving service issues, and presenting products and services that meet the needs of our customers. You will work closely with customers to understand their needs, provide personalized solutions, and build strong relationships that drive loyalty and retention. You will also be responsible for:

Essential Qualifications

* 1+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the financial services industry

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales and service targets
  • Knowledge of financial products and services
  • Ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal teams
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in a sales and service role, preferably in the financial services industry

  • Knowledge of arenaflex's products and services
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Ability to work in a virtual environment and use technology to communicate with customers and internal teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales and service targets

Work Environment

* This is a remote position, and you will be working from a quiet, confidential space in your home location.

  • You will be required to have a dedicated workspace with a door that can be closed for privacy.
  • You will need to have a high-speed internet connection with a direct wired connection to a cable or fiber modem and router, capable of at least 20 mbps download and upload speeds.
  • You will need to have a cell phone, tablet, or smart watch capable of downloading and running the PingID application.
