Responsibilities:

As a Traveler Support Counselor, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our travelers. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Manage Inbound Service Calls: Assist customers with making reservation changes, educate them on tour itineraries, process payments, and respond to inquiries.
  • Advise, Book, and Update Airline Reservations: Use code-based software to advise, book, and update airline reservations as necessary.
  • Communicate Comprehensive Information: Share detailed information with travelers about our products and policies.
  • Compete Individually while Maintaining a Positive Team Spirit: Demonstrate your individual strengths while working collaboratively with your team.
  • Balance Company Values, Key Result Areas (KRAs), and Performance Goals: Demonstrate your ability to balance company values, KRAs, and performance goals.

Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 4+ Years of Experience Working in a Call Center Environment: Proven experience in a call center environment, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
  • 2+ Years of Experience Working Remotely: Experience working remotely, with a strong ability to communicate effectively and work independently.
